There are many great things to say about BeachBody.
I started doing their home fitness programs about 9 months ago. It works well with my schedule, as I can exercise at home early in the am instead of trying to find a place to bring my children while I go to the gym. The programs are designed well and give great results if you put in the effort!
Each time I exercise, I log my workout in WOWY (the home fitness gym) where I am entered into a daily drawing for cash and prizes. This is a great motivator to exercise!
BeachBody offers many exercise programs to suit all fitness levels. However, the exercise you log in does not have to be BeachBody, and will actually work with any exercise program or routine that you do.
The mission of BeachBody is to help with the obesity problem and teach better nutritional habits…therefore, any exercise is accepted!
The online support is exceptional…offering many groups to find workout buddies, as well as daily meal planning.
Shakeology (the patent-pending daily nutritional shake from BeachBody) is a must have supplement to any fitness program. It tastes great and offers more nutritional value than other products on the market.
Plus, their site is filled with tons of information, reviews, recipes, and research related to personal fitness.
As a coach, one of the best ways to make money is by the leads program. BeachBody markets their products via many avenues, including infomercials…then they send these leads off to their coaches!
